The Relief Kit pairs our Cramp Relief Cream with our Cramp Relief Patch to help ease discomfort, support muscle relaxation and provide sensory comfort during your period or whenever tension shows up.

Our Cream and Patches provide relief by changing how pain signals are felt and processed. It stimulates receptors in the skin, which tricks the brain into ignoring pain signals, reducing pain perception and encouraging muscle relaxation. Some people feel cooling, some feel warmth and some feel a mix of both.

Massage the cream in to areas that are cramping, tight or sore, such as the lower belly, back or legs. The patch offers on-the-go support, providing a cooling, comforting sensory experience when you need relief without stopping your day.

This kit is designed to give you options. Use one or both, depending on how your body feels. Some days you may reach for it often. Other days you may not need it at all. Both are okay.

CREAM

Use the Cramp Relief Cream intuitively and as often as needed. Massage a coin-sized amount into the lower belly, back, legs or anywhere you feel discomfort, adding more if required. The cream has a long play time, so you don’t need much to create slip and coverage.

Apply using slow, circular motions and take your time. Massage is part of the experience and can be soothing in itself. Reapply throughout the day as needed. For an enhanced sensory experience, try applying after a warm shower, when the skin’s warmth helps the cooling and warming sensations develop more fully.

 
PATCHES

Before applying, ensure skin is clean and dry. Open the pouch, remove the patch from the backing, and place it directly onto the area of discomfort such as the lower abdomen, lower back, legs, or neck.

Press firmly so the adhesive side sits flat against the skin.

To remove, gently peel off the patch. Removing it in the shower or rinsing the area with warm water can help loosen the adhesive and make removal more comfortable. If there is mild redness after removal, this is normal and related to the menthol-based sensory effect, and should fade quickly.

CREAM

Our Cramp Relief Cream lasts between 2-3 hours. The cream is designed to be used intuitively and as often as needed.

PATCHES

The patch can be worn for up to 8 hours. Over time, your body may adapt to the initial cooling and warming sensation, but the active ingredients continue to be delivered throughout wear.

All of our products are developed for sensitive skin and were tested on people with eczema and psoriasis. We understand that even natural ingredients can cause irritation for some people, and therefore recommend checking the full ingredients list if you have specific concerns.

Note, post patch removal, you may experience some redness, which is due to the menthol activation. This will fade quickly and shouldn't be of concern unless paired with irritation, in which case you should immediate stop use.

We understand that periods can start as early as 8 years old, so we've developed safe products to be used by anyone experiencing period discomfort. For specific age related questions, we recommend discussing with your healthcare provider.

While many people opt to use our products while pregnant, we still recommend checking with your healthcare provider.

The Cramp Relief Cream jar is curbside recyclable and made as a mono-material, so it can be recycled without separating components. It is BPA-free and manufactured to food-grade quality standards. The outer carton and all shipping materials are recyclable.

The Cramp Relief Patches are single use and should be disposed of in the regular bin.

All of our packaging used in the shipping process is recyclable.
