Shipping & Returns

  • At the moment, we ship within Australia only.

    We're doing things mindfully first here in Australia and plan to expand to other regions in the future. If you're outside Australia, we'd love to know where you're based. You can reach out to us anytime and subscribe for updates as we grow.

  • We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for orders over $75.

    Shipping is $9.95 for orders under $75.

    Express shipping is $15.

  • Orders placed after 9am Mon-Fri will be processed and dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Typically domestic shipping takes about 1-5 business days.

  • While we are committed to providing exchanges for damaged products, we cannot refund products that have been used or opened, or for change of mind.

  • For any damaged product, we are more than happy to exchange the product. Please email hello@goodrituals.com.au
