Our Story
GOOD RITUALS was founded by Bec Aubrino, shaped by her lived experience with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. In 2023, after years of misdiagnosis, Bec was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis after her first laparoscopy. During this time, wellness stopped feeling aspirational and became necessary. But beyond a hot water bottle and traditional pain killers, there were no other options that felt honest or supportive.
Bec spent years working across leading retail and e-commerce businesses, gaining a deep understanding of how products are developed, sourced and brought to market. Working alongside leading scientists, she set out to create something more considered. High-performance formulations designed to show up and provide relief on hard days.
GOOD RITUALS is here to offer something steady. Thoughtful tools you can reach for when you need them, leave aside when you don't, and trust to meet you where you are.
Our Ethos
We spent over 12 months developing every aspect of our products, from formulation to packaging, to ensure careful consideration of what goes into them, onto your skin, and into the environment. This process was deliberate and iterative, prioritising safety, performance and long-term use rather than trends or shortcuts.
Our Formulation
We draw on the best science in sports medicine, where topical products are designed to support hard-working bodies through physical strain, recovery and repeated use. We pair this approach with ingredients selected to support inflammation pathways, alongside functional scent that plays a role in mood and emotional steadiness. The result is a proprietary formula that works on multiple levels.
Nourishing oils support skin comfort, allowing regular use without irritation. Functional scent adds another layer of sensory input, contributing to an experience that feels more settled and supportive overall.
Our Fragrance
Scent plays a functional role in our products. We use only natural, non-toxic fragrance ingredients, avoiding harmful chemicals commonly found in traditional fragrances. Every fragrance component is listed transparently in our ingredients. There are no hidden “parfum” terms and no undisclosed additives.
Our Standards
We are a fully vegan and cruelty-free brand. No animal testing. No animal-derived ingredients. These standards apply across our entire supply chain and will never be compromised.
Our Packaging
Creating physical products is not inherently sustainable, so our focus is on thoughtful choices now, clear trade-offs, and continuous improvement as the brand grows. We commit to transparency at every stage.
The Cramp Relief Cream jar is curbside recyclable and made as a mono-material, so it can be recycled without separating components. It is BPA-free and manufactured to food-grade quality standards. The outer carton and all shipping materials are recyclable.
The Cramp Relief Patches are single use and should be disposed of in the regular bin.
All of our packaging used in the shipping process is recyclable.
